Quinn BahmPresident

Quinn brings years of knowledge and experience that will help Surge Web Design continue to serve customers and grow in the web design and SEO space. He was the VP of Impact Directories for over ten years, encouraging growth and expansion despite the current trends away from print advertising before the company was sold in 2018. His expertise in both print and digital advertising and sales and his passion for teaching and helping other businesses with their sales training and processes is an asset to our company and customers. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, backpacking, mountain biking, woodworking, and reading. 

Natalie HansenCo-Founder

Natalie helped bring the dream of Surge Web Design to life with her husband, Zach. She now focuses more of her time at home with her children, but she remains an integral part of the business–ensuring that the core values and goals of Surge Web Design persist as the company grows. Her guidance and input remain invaluable as she works closely with our President, Quinn.

Tara BeckerAccounts Manager

Tara is an expert at communicating with clients and ensuring that each company is treated like family. She worked with our founder, Zach, and current CEO, Quinn, at Impact Directories, and brings over 20 years of account management and leadership experience to her position with Surge Web Design. Not only is she committed to providing the best experience possible, our clients absolutely love her dedication and commitment. She loves good food, sports, and the Outdoors.

Abbie RyderDesign Manager

Abbie is exceptionally talented in her ability to create and design beautiful websites. She was trained personally by Zach, and her ability to work in multiple areas and handle different projects has allowed Surge Web Design to thrive through the changes of 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Information Technology and has worked closely with customers in multiple industries for over 7 years. In addition to graphic design, she loves reading, hiking, and spending time with her family, including her three children.

Oscar AmpudiaWeb Development and SEO Manager

Oscar brings a fresh perspective on the core of our business. He has been studying Web Design and Development at Brigham Young University - Idaho and looks forward to celebrating his graduation with his bachelor's degree very soon. He already has an Associate of Applied Science in Web Design and Development. Oscar has been very helpful to Surge already with his cutting-edge knowledge of SEO and Web Design. He likes to be with his wife and their first baby. He also enjoys nature and being outside, along with using his Internet and YouTube skills to satisfy his curiosity and develop useful knowledge about any topic that catches his interest.

Laryssa HadleyContent Manager

Laryssa started as a content writer and has excelled in taking on more responsibility as our company structure has shifted in light of Zach's passing. She has consistently proven her value in organization, delegation, and follow-up by applying skills she has developed in her pursuit of her bachelor's degree in Business Management, as well as the talents she brings from running a household with five children. Laryssa helps the entire content creation team stay focused, accountable, and headed for the same goals. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and children, taking long walks in the Arizona desert, doing home improvement projects, playing board games, and going on road trips.
