Quinn brings years of leadership and industry knowledge that keep Surge Web Design moving forward. Before joining Surge, he served as VP of Impact Directories for more than a decade, guiding growth and expansion even as the market shifted away from print advertising. His expertise in both print and digital marketing, along with his passion for teaching and sales training, make him an invaluable resource for our team and our clients. Known for his steady leadership and talent for turning lessons into great stories, Quinn keeps the team motivated and focused. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, backpacking, mountain biking, woodworking, and reading.

Natalie HansenCo-Founder

Natalie helped bring the dream of Surge Web Design to life with her husband, Zach, and her influence continues to guide the company today. She keeps our values and vision at the forefront, offering thoughtful leadership and clear direction as she works closely with our President, Quinn. Known for her optimism, patience, and ability to bring out the best in people, Natalie is a trusted voice in both strategy and culture at Surge. Outside of work, she enjoys family adventures with her children, quiet moments with a good book, and finding joy in the little things.

Tara BeckerAdministrative Assistant

Tara has been with Surge since the early days and remains an invaluable part of the team. After years of working directly with clients, she now keeps things running behind the scenes, managing payments, internal communication, and team support with the same dedication she’s always been known for. With over 20 years of account management and leadership experience (including time alongside our founder Zach and CEO Quinn at Impact Directories), she brings a wealth of knowledge to everything she does. Outside of work, Tara loves good food, sports, and the outdoors.

Abbie RyderDesign Manager

Abbie is a skilled designer who creates beautiful, user-friendly websites that balance creativity with function. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Information Technology and more than 10 years of experience working with clients across multiple industries, she brings both artistic vision and technical expertise to every project. Her versatility and problem-solving mindset make her an invaluable part of the Surge Web Design team. Outside of work, Abbie enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family, including her three children, and she has a talent for turning even everyday projects into something creative.

Oscar AmpudiaWeb Development and SEO Manager

Oscar is fantastic with off-site SEO, from site audits and fixing broken links to boosting domain authority through strategic backlinking. He also streamlines organizational systems and supports coding projects, helping client websites perform better and rank higher. With a background in Web Design and Development at Brigham Young University–Idaho, Oscar brings fresh expertise and a results-driven mindset to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two children, exploring the outdoors, and chasing down random curiosities on YouTube. He is also known for his love of tinkering with tech and figuring out how things work.

Jennie Mecham Customer Service Manager

Jennie loves working with people and making sure each client’s experience is a success. She helps businesses understand the web design process and what will make their websites perform at their best. As one of our go-to resources for questions and support, Jennie ensures clients feel confident and cared for throughout their project. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, camping, and spending time with her husband and their five kids, and she is always on the lookout for her next favorite local restaurant.

Laryssa HadleyContent Manager

Laryssa began as a content writer and now has more than three years of SEO experience helping websites rank and perform. She specializes in keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content systems that keep both Google and clients happy. With a Business Management background and the multitasking skills of raising five children, she brings organization and follow-through to every project. Outside of work, Laryssa enjoys spreadsheets, solving Rubik’s Cubes, handstands, home projects, board games, and road trips with her family.

Brady WeaverAccount Manager

Brady has been married for 18 years and is a proud mom of three (two teenage boys and a spirited 8-year-old daughter). She loves planning family adventures—whether it’s beach getaways, sports tournaments, or theme park trips—and is always on the hunt for clever travel hacks. Her happy places are the ocean and her husband’s family cabin in Garden Valley. Before joining Surge, Brady ran a preschool and daycare from home for 15 years, blending her background in education with raising her kids. She enjoys working at Surge because of its family-focused values and the chance to help small businesses grow while learning the ins and outs of web design.
